We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the family tree maker 2019 download will remain on your computer post-installation. To run the program, kindly use the new icon that appears on your desktop or in your Dock (depending on your operating system) as shown in step 2 below.
1. Upon purchasing FTM 2019 or confirming your pre-order through the FTM 2019 Upgrade Center, you will receive download links both on-screen and via email. Please click on the link that corresponds to your operating system (Windows or Mac) and download the installer file.
2. After the download is complete, please double-click on the installer file and carefully follow the instructions provided on-screen. Upon completion of the installation process, a new icon for FTM 2019 will appear on your desktop or in your Dock. If you are using Windows, the icon should be located on your desktop by default. If you are using Mac, the icon should be located in the Dock or under the Applications folder by default.
